Thank you for the valuable video! Also one additional info: They have an "upload" button now directly in the TLS web page. However, if you are using chrome browser, when you click on "upload", it asks for login using the reference number and does not work at all (even when you are logged in in the next tab on the same window :D). After struggling for 30 mins, finally realized that it might be the browser, tried it with firefox and it worked.

THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH!! I think TLS are really scammers, They are just trying to let us upgrade and pay almost 100 pound for assisted service. You can find the link to it nowhere, this is really injustice.

I'm sorry, but can I ask what documents need to be uplouded. TLS contact is such a useless company that we made an appointment for 2 weeks 🤦🏻‍♂️. We cannot find any information at all on the pages and they cannot properly explain what documents are required. We are going to the recording tomorrow.
