Why can't Brother tell you this? If you go to their website, it says, "turn on machine; close cover, hold OK and up arrow at the same time" then hit OK, then "drum"...but it never gets to Drum..But do use this video, open the cover, hold OK button for 2 seconds, "Drum Unit" appears, Hit OK, Up arrow to Reset. WORKS as advertised, unlike the WRONG advice on Brother.

My brother model hl l2360dw doesn't show drum unit when I press and hold ok with front open. It shows general set up then up down keys and same options as before which just show zero remaining on drum life
