I just got ban for calling someone trash because he throw a ranked siege mach and I got ban I literally 10 seconds so much for freedom of speech now a days it's more like you say something rude BAN people are fucking snowflakes I get called shit and racial slurs and when I report nothing happens to them and the one time I snap and say something I get banned instantly

I didn't say a word, but he or she got me banned as a coup de grace. Yeah, keep catering to trolls MS. I live right across from you in Seattle. Been with Xbox since day one & I've been dealing with this shit a lot lately, got banned for calling someone a Toxic s*** head literlly put stars added no curse word, this was to a hacker immediately banned for a week, PS5 & Steam is sounding real fuking nice Microsoft is shit.

2 years late but this is so true, I'm not even exaggerating when I say I'm on like my 70th ban, they have my ban logs, I've looked and counted them, last time i checked it was in the 60s and its definitely gone up since then, cant say shit on Xbox anymore because of the "enforcement team".

This random asshole that was on my team for Halo Infinite was running his mouth so we started messaging back and forth then told me to apologize or he was gonna get my comms banned. I thought he was full of shit but not even 5 mins later my comms were suspended wtf. Idk wtf or who tf he was but this some fucken horse shit

I literally just get auto banned whenever someone reports my message now, no matter what it says. I told a kid that just stopped playing to uninstall the game, and I get insta banned.

I got perma acc banned for three days then randomly it unbanned me and that was after two months of me getting banned every week because trolls kept finding me from my review of the new cod on Microsoft and me saying it sucked and they would just report me I can't say retard or stfu but I reported people 4 different time people saying pussy spelled just like that and they never get banned and rn I got a week ban for nothing they won't even tell me what I did and when I apealed and apologized saying idk what I did pls tell me they just stamped me with a rejected apeal instead of telling me what I did ik this vid is old but it's still fax

Here's the problem with the enforcements, someone can hack or mod REALLY, and i mean REALLY bad things or just annoying gamebreaking stuff and xbox doesn't give 2 sh*ts, but when you insult someone or calling them out, you get muted for days, xbox is trying to make it a "safe space", honestly if they inly care about insults they may aswell shut down this bullsh*t.

Communications bans (imo) are bad for the entire online community. It essentially bans one of the only tools for accountability. Right now anyone is free to be an insufferable bhole in game because nobody can call them out on their garbage. I got banned for a few days about a year ago because I called out a guy for abusing glitches and cheating… but I got banned.

Communication bans on Xbox are mostly unfair.
Often petty. I have about 5 communication suspensions. One was for using a curse word. The rest were mostly trivial.

I got fed up and formatted my Xbox. I plan to sell it. This is not worth the frustration.

Me and my 2 Xbox friends got a 2 day communications ban last month for defending ourselves against these 2 guys talking shit to us in a Xbox party. i always knew defending yourself was was always considered as "harassment and abuse." But I wasn't going to let them disrespect us. We eventually got unbanned, but the worst part about it is that the asshole who was talking shit to you just gets away with it scot-free.

Disconnecting people's wifi can be against the law or immortal and last time I checked I thought it was like 5 years imprisonment.

Welp, its gotten worse pal. Now we've got these bs strike system. But in all fairness, as someone who has been playing xbox since 2007-2008ish, when this video was uploaded it seemed like Microsofts bs banning system then was tame in comparison to what we have gotten now.
