Catholic and Protestant - What's the Difference?

Catholics do not view the Pope as the holiest earthly being at all. Not true, not doctrinal … where did you get this idea from? The office is Holy, not necessarily the man. Also, the clergy is male reflects the bridegroom and bride relationship. Jesus the bridegroom —the Church is the bride; the priest is the bridegroom, the Church the bride.

Protestantism is fake. It’s the kid on the sideline practicing his 3 point shot that he will never get to use.

So many errors… the pope isn’t the “holiest earthly person”. the reason they choose men is not because of apostle selection but rather it is stated that priests shall only be men throughout the Bible.

Actually…Titus 1-2 along with 1 Timothy outline requirements for leaders within the church. Each qualification refers to elders, overseers and deacons as male: “the husband of one wife,” “he must manage his household well” and “he must not be arrogant.”

The only valid churches are the Catholic and the Orthodox.

The differences is that the Catholic is the church that Jesus left with St Peter as the first pope and our pope now is a successor of st. Peter. The protestants do not want to follow, although they believe in Jesus, so they made their own church. They follow pastors while Catholics follow the Pope & Priests who followed St. Peter and all Jesus' apostles.


They want to marry that is why they want to be different . Catholic church requires a church leader to leave everything behind and follow Jesus just as Jesus wanted when He was on earth.

Our pope is not regarded as the holiest because they are there only to administer the sacraments that Jesus wanted us to follow. The protestants do not want this "rituals" as they call it but those are the sacraments that needed to be done in order to be in God's light andc to be a real Christ follower like the breaking of bread and drinking of wine and receiving the Eucharist and also the confession and many other sacraments. Protestants and many other Christ believer but non Catholics, refused all these probably because they want it easier 😂 but these were all started by Jesus with His apostles and nothing was invented by man. Sacrifice is important for Catholics. Penance is important for Catholics . These were all started by Jesus Himself. Catholics only continues to follow what Jesus asked of us.

We deny pastors too just as much as they deny to accept our Pope . Our Pope and all our priests were under the light and intervention of God the Holy Spirit. Even exorcism was left by Jesus to His apostles and the healing of the sick.

The difference too is that we do not talk trash about protestants and other religion because Jesus asked us not to. He asked us to tell everyone about Him but not to force the non Catholics. We believw in humility. The Catholics won't laugh about other religion . The protestants would talk trash about ours. That is NOT what Jesus wants. They even talk s#%t about Catholics more than the anti Christ.

Our church leaders are imperfect but we won't turn our back on our religion because of the sin of human. It is for God to judge them.

And... we do not - WE DO NOT idolize Saints and wood and walls 😂😂😂

I do not understand the division of Christianity but that is how it is. Those apostles and disciples who first followed Jesus - I am grateful to now be one of the modern day followers of Jesus. The Catholics.

God the father, God the Son , God the Holy Spirit. 🙏 Thank you for making me a follower of Christ. We will continue to not just obey your words from the Holy Bible but also continue the traditioms you once did with Your Apostles and disciples.

Mama Mary Your mother , who You love the most, will be deeply loved by us too.
The Saints who lived their love with pure love and devotion for You, who also witnessed Your miracles, we will always look up to them as examples on how to live our lives closer to You.

We will never follow pastors who marry but loves to memorize and interpret the Holy Bible. My own father can do that. No pastor can ever be like St Peter and the apostles who were chosen and called by Jesus to help Him with preaching and healing.

I am grateful Lord to be a Catholic.


In summary.
Catholic is the only religion from Jesus Christ Himself. Protestants , from the word itself, are made by those who protested against the Catholic and made their own rules.

Im orthodox but at the end it doesnt matter if your protestan orthodox or catholic the only thing that matters is to be a follower of jesus and his disciples

Anti Pope Francis is a heretic. A heretic cannot sit in the chair of Peter. Most modern “Catholics” would disagree because they refuse to learn history.
