Dice Legacy, a review of a game I like

Great game.... but it often gets ruined by the horrible dice roll rng.
I'm constantly losing durability from re-rolls tryn to get usable dice. Peasant dice should not have an "exploration" face because exploration is extremely limited especially in the early game.

I really want to enjoy this game but the horrible rng is absolutely killing any chance of that right now.

I really need to play this game. I've known about it's existence since almost a year prior to its release... And yet I just haven't forked over the cash to get it yet. Wonder if it's on discount for the winter sale...

As far as reviews go I’d say a “I NEED to uninstall this game or I just keep playing it.” is a solid thumbs up of how good a game is. Well done there Cnl, nice explanation as well why you think the game is so good.

It seems like it is The Settlers series with dice thrown (no intentional pun) in to spice it up.

So this is the reason that mainline is dragging.

Speaking of its affordability, it can be had for $5 on everyone's favorite overly-maligned storefront right now by way of a sale price and a coupon. I look forward to losing my weekend to it.

I had an eye on this coming up on its launch and ended up shying away because reviews were pretty negative. The one most common complaint? Needs active pause. Looks like it's there now.

Talking to yourself is psychotic. I love you but you need help. Bring us all through it together. you could help people.

This game feels like a dice version of sky kingdom. Glad u shared it.

This would be really nice to see in a series, and I’m sure others agree! Please play this more!

I like the mechanics of the game and certainly a turn based solution would seem better, the thing is I guess that this way gives you infinite turns, which it isn't built for, so seems more like an incremental game than something with inherent peril. I guess without pause you can quickly get overwhelmed and run out of turns or lose many frozen dice.
