ОтветитьWell not everyone needs their feet flared out. If you have the flexibility you could get a lot out of narrow squats as well but generally the feet flared out obes are best yeah

ОтветитьI wish I knew this sooner. My dumbass ego started doing 50 kg squat when I first hit the gym with a really bad form and you can guess what happens next. Thankfully a random chad saved me and said I need to squat without using weight. A lot of people were watching me fumble, I am still embarrassed till this day 😬
