The mother needs to be questioned more because at the beginning of the video, it was stated that he had an old lumbar injury. There's no way that she could have overlooked such injury, especially if he was hurting.

He will get prison justice when they find out what he did.

It's just typically in cases where something happens to a kid by a strangers hand or at school or daycare, they ALWAYS ask what was Mom's\Dad's reaction. & The police\lawyers ALWAYS answer. So it's making me READ REALLY curious but I don't want to speculate &end up hurting anyone. But the non-answer abt past experiences or knowledge also jumped out at me.

The mother being in the medical field didn't realize... how her own childs arm was disformed... and during play protecting that arm, and the feeling of pain...grimaces on this baby's face!

This is why we need universal child care. Working mothers should not be forced to choose between their job and leaving their child with someone unqualified and untrustworthy... I bet if she had the money to pay for child care, this never would have happened.

I think children's services needs to come in and change there ways. Maybe a 1800 number for baby sitters that need help because they don't have kids so they don't know what they're doing or for parents they have gotten frustrated and so on. Like they call and ask for help and some one from the department of children services comes and shows the baby sitter how to do it the right way. Or how to handle situations the right way. And it would be 100 % Free of charge for them asking for help and for them going out there . And if anything they'll get praised for asking for help!
