ОтветитьCan you tell me what brand medicine ball is shown in the video? Possibly the weight as well? Many of the MBs in the 5kg range seem to have a diameter of about 9 inches, while the one in your video seems larger - likely closer to what I’ve read is supposedly a standard size of 13.75 inches.
