MikroTik fasttrack (reduced cpu load) with bandwidth management

HI there, at the layer 7 option I only get unknown option. I dont have it like u named it "streming" but i have other naming labels but they dont show up. what could be the problem ?

Internet speed got really super slowed when fasttrack is enabled if disabled works fine.

i am having trouble fasttracking my local traffic.. i dont want to manage my local traffic..
how to do it?

what i got now is this chain=forward in-interface=!wan out-interface=!wan action=fasttrack..
i dont think its working.there is no packet passinging in the counter

Better buy Mikrotik hap ac2 or rb3011. Cpu is stronger than in rb931

But there is a problem when we add the Fast Track in the Firewall. The Users in the simple queues takes speeds on its own and not from within the all bandwoth.
