How to upload a Garry's Mod Addon to the Steam Workshop [NEW]

Tested it first time and it worked with no problems. I used a allready existing Addon and just changed some dmg integers for the guns and it worked just fine. If you have still problems, check your own created addons with allready working ones and look for typos or something. The Program works just fine and easy. Image must be JPG 512x512

what do i do when it says creation failed

After I downloaded it none of this popped up and the gmpt just appeared as a blank white paper and It wont do anything.

in the app it says its uplaoded but it doesnt pull the page up or uplaod it to steam

how do i open the jar file it just says "how do you want to open this file? look for an app in the microsoft store"

mine didnt upload, i even fixed the drive location and everything

after it list out all the files it says:
"File list verification failed
Creation OK!
Finished running queue.
Refreshing addon list.
Retreving list of Addons.
Retrieval Finished!"
and then nothing else happens

i go onto steam and look at my workshop uploads and its still empty

I have done everything shown in the video; however, when load into a server to test out my mod, I get a console error that reads "refusal to load ___ because NPC is missing Type and Base Keys." What could be causing this? I have tried to search for this myself, but I have no clue what these "keys" are.

When I try to open gmpt a command prompt appears for a millisecond and disappears.

gmpu.jar is missing from the gmpt folder for me

I did everything correctly and it DIDN'T worked! I have only one disk C: where my GMod is and every path is maded like that:
C:\FilesPrograms (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin
The mod path, gmad, gmpublisher. They are fine, why is it not working?
