I love whales but I am also terrified of them, it's one of the few things I have like a actual fear of (whales and elevators) but I heard whale noises are supposed to be soothing so I've been trying to listen to whale sounds to try and help my insomnia but I've noticed it actually ends up making me extremely anxious and I'm so mad about that because I love whales and their language is beautiful and sounds beautiful but my stupid fear makes me anxious hearing and being around them.

I have always loved the magnificent beauty of whale. I stated listening to their whispers in the water. I feel protected somehow. I don't know why, but since I started listening to them I feel like sleeping with a rock I've had forever. I don't know if there is a correlation between the two. I just knew I feel like holding the rock as I doze off to whale sound.

If I ever encounter a whale while scuba diving or similar and it cries like this I will instantly die (no exaggeration I believe I would literally die because this noise can be heard from several kilometres away and I'm autistic)
