Throne And Liberty Staff / Bow Skill Rotation Beginners Guide

I feel like it does not depend at all when it comes to Focused Firebomb. There isn't really any debate in my mind. Not taking the charge version is the biggest self nerf you could possibly do wielding a staff. It's by far the best skill Staff/Bow has for pve.

I'm looking at other people's play through for ideas and a general sense that I'm not messing up with my choices, so far so good! One thing I noticed with your rotation in the video is that you're opting to cast Fire Barrage first, in my mind, I'd think you'd want to cast HellFire Rain (when selected) or Fire Ball followed by Inferno first to build your burn stacks up, because Fire Barrage does more damage depending on your burn stack, so you're leaving some damage on the table using it as the opener.

Ok just an observation you have Steady Aim on your passives but no skill that actively bounds or shackles a target, is this for party/dungeon purposes or just an mistake??

Whats the point of investing resources in Bow mastery in you never switch to bow when attacking? Or do you switch to bow from time to time ? If yes when exactly do you need to switch ? Thanks for video btw

Someone mentioned that the charge fire ball is the only option and you shouldn’t take the instant cast. Let me tell you why this is NOT the case.

The charge does 5k damage for instance and applies 2 stacks of burn. This means your fire barrage gets two extra fire balls, and you only get 2 instances of boosted % damage boost on both your lighting skills.

If you use the instant cast 3x, you get 12 stacks of burn, more chances for heavy hit to double burn. Now your lighting skills are getting 12x 4% damage on both of them. Your fire barrage gets 6 times the amount of fireballs.

It’s must better to use the triple shot of fire ball. It may give you less damage for the one skill but it’s instant cast while moving and all your other skills out way the damage greatly.

dude you take fire ball frenzy and u use fireball barrage first? makes no sense . You lose on damage since your barrage does dammage equal to fire stacks on monster so barrage is last skill in rotation

Shouldn't fireball barrage be after Inferno Wave? You have it set up to fire more projectiles per burn stack and you have Inferno Wave set up to give 3 burn stacks (possibly 6 if you get the double cast I think?)

Hey, why do u use a binding passive when you don’t bind anything in pve? At least I didn’t think I missed the skill where you showed that you bind something.

Brother i think i have chosen some blue items wrong because im 40 with 1.4k status and theres a 37 with 1.5k like wtf he kils faster than me with staff.. damn

You should do burning skills before barrage because it will pump out more dps. It works on burning😅
