You're not properly resetting the aggro when blackjacking which is likely contributing to you not liking the content. You need to have a full inventory (empty wine jugs are common) which will allow you to interrupt combat with a dialogue stall, giving you time to just knock them out again.

For elves, you can consistently trap them on their respawn points in several areas, such as by the SE bank. No need to chase them around.

thieving is an S tier mobile activity - especially vyres for cash!

I have to add the rogues den has a plugin where it shows you where to stand where to click and almost half of what this video shows you can just run past. you only need to disable one thing per run. There is also a bank in Sophanem, down a ladder to the east, you dont have to go to nardah.

Wear a Holy Symbol and carry Book of Prayer and no longer need antipoisons.

It's a shame you didn't go into stealing artefacts. It's a great method. It takes a little practice but it is super chill, gives good xp, and has plenty of time to multiskill crafting or whatever. I highly recommend it.

Great video! I think the following methods that weren't mentioned in the video are worth checking out for anyone that doesn't enjoy pickpocketing:

* "One-click" sorceress's summer garden is ~140k xp/hour and only a couple clicks a minute, can fletch the entire time, need 65 thieving
* Rogue's Castle chests are ~280k xp/hour and 2m gp/hour, reacting to PK'ers is fun and engaging, need 84 thieving
* Dorgesh-Kaan rich chests are ~280k xp/hour, requires world hopping, need 78 thieving

Do the “Contact!” Quest before Pyramid Plundering so you can use the bank in Sophanem

as soon as you get the first piece of rogues go anti-clockwise 1 wall and youll get the 2nd piece, repeat 1 full wall each run after that and youll have rogues in 5 runs

Heres something I just learned about getting the Rogues equipment. When you first start and you get to the cracked safe and you get your first rogues equipment piece on the next run that you get to the safe go one safe to the right, and you will get a piece 100%, then on your next one go over one more, and keep moving one to the right and you will have all the equipment back to back.

Thieving was my first 99, love the skill <3
I did blackjacking to 95 then ardy knights to 99. For blackjacking you can use resizable and orient the screen so that right click knock out and left click pickpocket are on the same area so all you have to do is spam right and left click.

Leveling this skill is slow and painful

For blackjacking, instead of switching to a different weapon and selecting "knock out" to drop aggro, if you just right click and select "knock out" with the black jack quickly after being stunned you will attempt to knock out the npc again. if you mess if the knock out misses again you have another window to right click and knock out again. If you mess up the timing you would then need to drop the aggro, but done correctly you would never need to drop the aggro.

The blackjack hate! Here's a TLDR, it's so insanely good:
1) Keep your inventory simple with a stack of gold. If you have trained cooking with wine bring noted wine as well.
2) Either pay to have your wine unnoted at the wine cart man, click your notes on him and pay some tiny amount, or go to the bar and buy wine from Ali the Barman. MAKE SURE YOUR INVENTORY IS FULL! If your inventory has space you can pickpocket the mobs standing up and you'll get stunned and its every reason why low-level thieving sucks, especially with this method where NPCs getting unstuck breaks your flow and is just annoying in general.
3) Get a blackjackable NPC stuck somewhere in a house and be aware of where your safespot is in case of lag.
4) Make sure your left click is "Pickpocket".
5) Zoom all the way in and shift your camera angle to be as high as possible. Resize and do whatever you need to so that "Knock Out" and "Pickpocket" are at the same mouse location at the bottom of your screen.
6) Start jackin! The rhythm is to knock, spam click pickpocket until after the first exp drop (otherwise the second might not trigger), then after that first exp drop and triggering the 2nd pickpocket but not yet actually doing it, right click and hover "Knock Out" until you see the pickpocket animation and the 2nd exp drop. When you see that second exp drop, click knockout.
7) The knockout can/should trigger in the same tick if you timed everything correctly, but you also have some leeway by a tick or two. BE PREPARED FOR KNOCKOUT TO FAIL. If this happens, you have 1 game tick to attempt a knockout again. This can fail an infinite number of times, and if you start jackin at 50 it will indeed fail a lot, and I still think it's worth doing its that good.
8) The moment you click "Knock Out" you want to be ready to quickly flick right click left click with zero mouse movement if the NPC says "Rah I'll kill you bla bla!"
As long as you get your pickpocket off within a tick of the knock out you will always get 2 pickpockets.
9) Get a feel for the physical location where your mouse should be positioned, since you'll need to weave in drinking wine and repositioning your mouse. 
Doing a knockout below 20 HP is risky, I've had chains of random failure that have lasted for 40+ HP.
10) Give yourself some time. Is this method tick perfect? Kinda. But it has a rhythm to it that feels great to execute and once you get a feel for it it is effortless. If you want to make your life easier you can wait until 65 to start, but you'll still need to master accounting for re-knocking.
11) MAKE SURE YOUR INVENTORY IS FULL, AGAIN

best thieving method is rogues chest :)

Training an alt, was hoping there was a new method added for low levels, but I guess I’ll spend a couple hours in the fruit stall prison so I can do kingdom divided 😭
