This game is poorly optimized in some scenarios, like the foliage and vegetation for example, not even a 3060Ti can keep up with the FPS whenever there is too much of that grass on screen. 4A Should know better next time.

How much was the OC on GPU?

You can't use DLSS in 1080p

I hope you can re-test the new Enhanced Edition with the RTX 3060 TI and I hope you can this comment as well.

Pretty disappointing performance from this game, to be honest. There are times where my framerate dipped below 60 simply by staring into a low detail train (in the Caspian level). But it IS a demanding game, so hey. I've just upgraded to this GPU from the 1060, so I guess I'll stick to 1080p. :)

I wonder what fps would look like with 5600x or i7-10700k

I have the same pc,but on ultra 1080 with out rtx i have 50-60 fps,on exteme i have 40-50 fps,with rtx near 30 fps,why i it is so bad
