Div Follows Mouse Cursor | HTML, CSS & Javascript

im actually trying to make the multiple divs follow my cursor i used the .foreach to target each circle and its moving accordingly but the divs dont follow the cursor smoothly there is a delay and also when i go in a ZIGZAG it the Divs in the end dont follow the path what should i do?
