if i want to change the switch with an ir sensor moduel which its voltage is going to be supplied by a 5v regualtor what should be presnet to make it work as a switch

Would this work if the input was 5V? (Assuming a 5V load instead of the relay as well)

You don't need all these just to make that. You could literally use a normal npn transistor with a cap and resistor driving a relay

Circuit which you made is manual, we have to press button to start the circuit.

How to make it automatic? I mean 15 to 20 seconds in normally open and 15 to 20 seconds normally closed relay mode? And it should happen infinitely vice versa!

Now with double relay to turn itself on with button and off itself (the ne555 12V DC power supply) to spare more energy!!
