Cora has a heavy plus size, and it's the best thing ever for heavy perimenopause periods! I mean it's huge, but when I stand up it's the difference between feeling the gush being absorbed by it, vs feeling the gush exit around my super tampon.

Menstrual cups are waaaay better than tampons. They can hold longer, and there's no waste. I'm using the lily cup and I'd neever go back to tampons.

The best switch I made was from tampons to cups and then to discs. I'm using the ziggy disc and it can hold about 75 ml which is really impressive.

i absolutely HATE pads, like, i know you're supposed to switch out, but i haven worn a pad in like, 2 years, tampons have less leaks, are easier to hide, and you CAN'T (or shouldn't be able to) FEEL THEM.

I will never go back to tampons and pads ever again. I have used cups and they’re ok but my body was sensitive to the suction. I am currently testing the nixit disc and it’s amazing.

it’s funny because i always only wore playtex because of the shape of their tampons being more comfortable for me. so i guess i’m happy to learn this? lol

In the 80s Tampax were longer with cardboard applicator. I never had an accident. In my 40s I changed to Playtex, after having 3 kids. Tampax cut there cotton in half in 2007. Yes to Playtex Ultra. Tampons should be round, right.
