No sorry that didn’t help. 🥹 I try to also press the toggle button where it says ‘private account’ and I get a pop up that says ‘business accounts can’t be private’. I’m not a business account. Can you help resolve this issue for me please?

I have music sticker when i want to post story, but when i want to send it in a group chat, it doesn't show...

Unfortunately we've tried all of this and nothing works :( We updated the app today, and music sticker is totally gone and doesn't come back after any of the troubleshooting steps. Without music we don't ever create stories. Clearly not a big deal in the scheme of life, but this was the biggest thing we used on our Instagram account and makes stories completely a non-factor for us - takes away our account's purpose in a big way :(
