In the scene where the doctor tells the gf he's dead, she says "dead?" and he responds "si" in one of the most goddamn cringy exchanges in the history of television.

I love the Chicago series. Such amazing stories, great characters, and almost completely accurate situations and solutions (Or not depending on if the situation has a solution.). But still a great series, and I love it when they do crossovers.

Maybe it's just me, but I am more entertained to watch Dr. Mike reacting to the show than actually watching the show😅

I've dealt with asthma my whole life. The chest therapy really does work. Whenever I've had bronchitis or pneumonia (which I can get easily), the chest therapy helps break up the mucus and relaxes my lungs a little. Especially when I got covid it worked wonders

You should definitely watch more of this. Especially scenes that include Doctor Manning.

can you do chicago med again

I was playing softball once (Third base) and was standing pretty close to home plate (To force the batter to hit the ball instead of bunting) and got a line drive directly to the chest. I was fine, ended up throwing the girl out at first, but learning about cardiac contusions made me glad I don't play softball anymore lol

the same consistency with which dr mike brings up chest compressions is how often in this show people got intubated ''xD thats what i learned from it, oh and always call the psych dr around just in case lol

I appreciate these videos. My mom is a nurse and so I grew up learning a lot of different things that she does for her job. One of those is chest compressions. She has done them so often that sometimes she's the best person to do them. Something that these medical shows don't show accurately is how sore somebody can be when they do proper chest compressions, especially if it's for a while.

The one-armed cpr is because he is unsecured in a moving ambulance so the other arm is holding onto the ceiling rail so he can maintain his balance. Even a little pothole can cause you to fall over.

I hate the characterisation of CF in shows. It's always wrong. Most doctors unless it's their specialty don't know much about it. Let alone writers for a show. I'm 40 I have cf.
