How to Load Samples on MPC Live 2

my man, keep up these tutorials. im getting this machine because of you haha

How do i do this for the ssd i have in mine? I got mine on reverb and it came with a 1 TB SSDrive but im not sure how to load anything into it
And im also not 100% on if its more for plugins and saving projects rather than samples
