I'm not sure if I like it, the bikes look good, but I'm not sure they look like a "Harley". I can tell just by looking that Willie G had no hand in this design.

so them breaching 4.500" with the 121 sent me Right Over The Edge
Please, Please, could the flame fronts have time to finish out combustion BEFORE the exhaust valves open??? ....rev-ing past complete combustion is a race cheat that only works same engine vs' same engine, so what are we doing???? think? .... at least get the rev limits set at or below 4,000 fpm average ring speed ....that's 5K189 rpm at 4.625"
i am a wave tuner.
so i feel giving up the ability to physically fit a decent wave-tune on the bike, and the departure to beat our skulls bloody into the law of diminishing returns, was not the right way to compete with "victory" motorcycles back with the twin cam moves, ( a 3.75 x 3.75 , 83 ci 4-valve per, twin plug with knock sensors, would have been a better move. )
i figured out a way to get a 4-1/2 foot equal length exhaust to look good on a XL, and actually got to a fundamental wave tune on Andrews N2s. ( maybe something like that will help??? )
it's just more efficient like that, making the exhaust do more work for the engine.....but tuning on harmonics works too, it's just not as much wave boost.
the 4.310" bore works with the 45 angle, but we could go to 50 degrees if getting the power with displacement rather than wave boost is that important.
but when they get bigger, it's that much more difficult to get the pipes working for it....but honestly, a 4.310" x 4.000" 117ci would make more power than the 121.
for now,
just please make sure the rev-limits are in respect to the 4,000 fpm average metallurgical limits;
and squeak in a set up to machine 1/4" NTP near the scavange pump pick ups, ( for a decently strong magnet plug, to protect the scavenge pumps from break in debris )

Tourque has nothing at all to do with an engine's stroke dimension.
Torque Is a function of Displacement and BMEP, no matter how you slice it. ( in theoretical mathematics )
same displacement, same pressure = same torque .....same psi on a larger piston = More pressure, into a shorter torque arm = same torque at the same displacement at the same pressure.
but Where The Challenger Is Much Better Than A CVO, is in that the charges finish burning BEFORE the exhaust valves open, throughout the rev range...and that has to do with the piston speed vs.
Flame Front Speed. ( H-D Can Not Afford To Argue With Physics <----and that will prove itself over and over as many times as necessary )
at least make sure the rev limits are set at or below 4,000 fpm average piston ring speed...because that is the Metallurgical Limit set by the piston ring manufacturer.

it wasn't, and that's where they messed up.
In the market for a new bike so I'm keeping an open mind and decided to check out Harley. And this is the bike on top of your channel. Geeezus, Harley can't make a nice looking bike to save their company 😂 Looks like an oversized mobility scooter for the average 5XL American. Wouldn't be surprised if it has a built in fridge

LOL By far not the most powerfull motor, not even close. Still getting smoked by Indian IMO with the Challenger. I was really hoping HD would do a lot better.
