The performance is now rock solid on ps4 pro.. After all the updates, 20gb update the ps4 pro is now very stable theres no need for dynamic resolution .. The only problem is the audio..

Shameful this runs at a higher resolution (4K) Native and hits 30fps, which is great imo! And new consoles can't even run it at a Native 4K 60fps. At least the One x delivered on what it promised 99% of the time, with little to no cut backs. That's why I won't buy a new console, until they start phasing out the old and putting out games i WANT. I think they should quit ham stringing the One X and keep putting out games for it like the PS4/Pro. But they are taking most remakes away from it, yet keeping some titles, which makes no sense to me. Especially a great remake like RE4. Why put it on PS4/Pro and NOT 1X. How lame is that.

For a shooter 30 FPS it's tough. If it was open world hack and Slash or adventure game 30fps would be fine.

I wonder why the pro is only 2K native and the X 4K. The pro can do much more than that.

Honestly if the graphics were toned down just a bit I bet it would be smoother on all

Gamma in ps4 can't be adjusted well, seems to be in 16-235 RGB range. When I set to lowest the triangle that should be barely visible is really well visible, when I return to the menu everything is way way too dim. I'm using plasma, so near black dark elements are way more visible than any LCD. There is no black colour in the game, only present when console is set to full RGB range and TV to limited, but then blacks are crushed. So on plasma picture quality is really bad.
E: TV is calibrated, changing gamma setting from 2.2 to 2.4 helps, but now everything else now have crushed blacks, now trying with lowering brightness. This game is just badly made for ps4

I heard lots of reports that the one x crashed a lot and had huge fps drops, is that not true anymore?

Playing Exodus on Xbox One S now and it's a very good experience so far. Game gets better as it goes along. Hope a patch makes it 60 fps on Xbox Series X/Xbox Series S.

I don't have a 4k TV and I'm still regretting buying an Xbox one. I'll never gonna buy an Xbox ever again in my life

Realy 4K and more iz sutch a non sense, with the Coding end Vision Quality settings today whe can have the sam Qualitiy on a good 1080P Panel with an nice Prcecssor like X-Realty pro from Sony . And all this without you need a new Consol or more Resources and Power Cunsumption etc. thats why 4K and mores Su....cks and also HDD Space it takes more , and also the Input Lag iz harder to Manage for 4K . Stay with 1080P and all iz Fine and Nice

No mention of screen tearing and the 4 and a half minute load times on PS4

I played it on Xbox one x first and it runs fine with hardly any frame drops, playing it on PS4 pro right now and it runs like shit in comparison to Xbox one x, there’s so many hiccups in just the first two hours and pretty intensive frame drops

Ps4 pro or Xbox one x is the best way to play this if you don’t have hundreds of dollars to throw at a nice rig to get 4K graphics. 30fps is a downside of that BUT I rather solid 30 FPS no dips WITH 4K vs janky FPS on probably 720p res tryna get a solid 60 FPS but getting drops while playing at low res. Smh. if your on a 1060maxq like me that is lol.

I'd rather have 60fps 1080p. Hell, I'd rather have 60fps 720p over 4k 30fps.

LMAO,my almost 6 year old gtx 970 runs better metro exodus than these ''pro'' consoles.

This is beat looking game on the One X. Holy shit this game is sharp and beautiful.. and I only have a 1080p tv so the super sampling look crisp as hell. I thought Gears of War 5 was the best looking game and damn is this game beautiful.

One drawback though.
There was a mission near the beginning of the game where you had to sneak around in the dark. I could barely see anything. You couldn't even turn on your flashlight because the enemy would see you. Other than the very dark areas the game looks good

Xbox one x drops at 18 frames? That the base ps4 do it is kind of understandable but a machine that their main selling point was" the most powerful console" is kind of disappointing

Has it been patched on base PS4? I am afraid of the framedrops all over the game after seening that 16 FPS show. And how does FPS hold up through majority of the game?

I don't get that the Xbox One X version of the game does not support 60 fps with a 1080p output. Pretty disappointing.
