Very helpful ~ thanks 😊
ОтветитьThank you, Patty. I feel less of a noob on leg machines, and I might actually feel comfortable going alone on leg day 😢
ОтветитьPlease do more🥺
I was so embarrassed last time I went to the YMCA 😢 I didn’t know how to adjust some leg and ab machines 😅
any reccs for younger teens want to to go to the gym?
ОтветитьShe's funny as well as informative
ОтветитьNice explanations. I really like machines for muscle isolation and failure sets/Ladders
ОтветитьYour section on leg curl machines needs correcting. You’ve erroneously said prone leg curls are done in a lengthened state vs. seated leg curls.
The reverse is true.
Trap development.....🤤
ОтветитьTHANK YOU FOR THISSSS I AM AN ENTIRELY VISUAL LEARNER. I’m trying so hard to get toned like this. But getting started is so intimidating sometimes cuz I don’t want to be the girl venturing into the weight room only to look clueless as hell.
ОтветитьThis was really helpful, thank you! I'm hypermobile and prone to injury and machines help me stay more or less in the safest position but i'm intimidated about trying to figure out the machines so this was super helpful for my confidence in using the machines
ОтветитьExcellent product so far. Seat slants forward to much for me so recommend the optional seat. Love the weight and smoothness of the bike.
ОтветитьSuper helpful! Thank you for making this!
ОтветитьAs someone who also has lower back pain, these tips will definitely help me out from now on. Thanks.
ОтветитьWhat would one recommend for a starting point for the other leg machines? I do 400 leg press, but I don't want to hurt myself on any of these other machines. Yet, I don't want too light either.
ОтветитьWow your the first one of all of the you tube videos I have watched you explain everything fast and so easy to understand I’m impress!!!! 😮😮😮😮❤❤gracias!
ОтветитьDO NOT DO leg press lika that, you'll seriously hurt your lower back. Don't go all the way down, if you want to go all the way down just do sit-ups where your back can follow it's natural movement instead of being pushed against the seat
Edit: also don't ever use the Smith machine for sit-ups, it makes your back move straight up and down which is a very unnatural movement since your back moves back and forth as you go up and down in a normal sit-up
I wonder how much steroids she takes?
ОтветитьWhoever set up your microphone needs to be fired. They set the gain way too high and the audio is clipping throughout the entire video.
ОтветитьThank you !!!!!
Ответитьthe camera guy needs to take a deep breathe he's filling like he's documenting war crimes, the shake is making nauseous.
ОтветитьMe: Maybe I'll finally see what this gym stuff is all about, it can't be as scary and dangerous as I think it is
Beginner video a minute and a half in: "DON'T EVER STRAIGHTEN YOUR LEGS OUT, YOU'LL SCARE EVERYONE AND HURT YOURSELF"
Me: Never mind
Yes, abuduction is when the aliens come and get you, and adbuction is when they bring you back.
ОтветитьWho is Cam? 👀
Ответитьyess! i needed this... thank you!!
ОтветитьUr too weak
Ответитьwooah thanks for this!!!! you're awesome
ОтветитьIght but where we put the weights tho 😭💀
ОтветитьWow. Thanks a lot beef patty,
You just taught me some good information
I’m just starting out at the gym
This vid is 🤣
ОтветитьGive us some dumbbell workouts! yaaaaaaay
ОтветитьI really appreciate this video, thank u Patty
ОтветитьShe got the black af1s fr
Ответить"grow up" and proceeds to put fart noises😂😂in all honesty though thanks a lot for the video
ОтветитьWould have liked to have seen more of the machines instead of centering the video on her face
Ответитьthanks to you i don't like skinny girls anymore lol
ОтветитьIn my gym hack squat machine has been labeled as leg press. I was always weirded out why am I pushing myself from the plate when it's supposed to be other way around, but now I get it..
ОтветитьAhahaahaha thats exactly how i remembered which one is abduction and which one is adduction too
ОтветитьI'm super thankful for you mentioning what machines to watch if you have lower back problems. I'm just starting going to the gym and I unfortunately have a history of a bulging disk, so I'm starting off real slow trying to gain that mind muscle connection. Hopefully I can strengthen my back too. (:
ОтветитьThanks mommy, I’m gonna go show this to my mom to help ease her into the gym, because she has a lot of gymtimidation
ОтветитьI will say love the video it helped me a lot but the leaking in the audio has obliterated my ears :’)
Ответить❤❤❤ thank you so much
ОтветитьDid you fart
ОтветитьVery helpful !
Thank you
This was very helpful. Thank you!
Ответитьu look like medusa
ОтветитьMy training has always been around body weight and free weight work outs. I wanted to change my routine up with machines but was like "ohhhh so intimidating" - your video helped to put my mind at ease. Compared to trying to get my Olympic lifts perfect, machines seems like a cake walk! Appreciate the walk through!
Ответитьwas Aquaman filming you? :)
