Talk too much without the video views. That is a BIG con from you.
ОтветитьI agree with nearly everything she says about Scottsdale. One "con" that should be mentioned is how homogeneous and non-diverse Scottsdale is. For some people this could be a "pro". If you're a person of color with a strong cultural identity, Scottsdale might not be as attractive. I've been in Phoenix since 97. Both my wife and I earn a very respectable income and could certainly afford to buy a home and live in Scottsdale but never would even consider it. The cultural isolation would be too much to bear.
ОтветитьGreat video thanks
ОтветитьThank you very informative. I am in fact moving to Scottsdale in a month. I am a recent retired executive chef from United Nations in New York City. The only thing that really concerns me is the weather. 😮😢😅😅😅. But thank you that was just the information I was looking for God bless stay safe.
ОтветитьIm paying $1700 for 650 sq ft in cali, which is a deal through a private landlord. I have no ac or laundry in uint.
I can get a 2 bedroom with all that and no bums, in Scottsdale. Cant wait to go look for apartments. How are cops there?
I never saw any of these places when I was in Scottsdale visiting 3800 block Anderson drive 🚗 just this year. Your right about the traffic I went all the way to Gilbert.
Ответитьall bad TF
ОтветитьNot really great or bad just overrated.
ОтветитьFirst time listening.... love the content - but omg - slow down your talk, very hard to follow.
ОтветитьGood video, Could do with more with a B-Roll and less of you just talking into the camera
ОтветитьMoving here from LA, I'm disappointed in the restaurant scene. In LA, there is literally every kind of world cuisine and chefs. Is there a sichuan restaurant in Scottsdale? Not that I've found. An Evan Funke and decent cacio e pepe? Please. A good Jewish deli? Oi vay! Lots of bad sushi bars that cater to people who have never eaten at a great one. Even the Mexican restaurants in LA are better than the ones here. This place is all about overpriced steakhouses, gastropubs, chain restaurants, fast food, and Chicago junk food. You will love living here if (1) you are not a foodie, (2) you love golf and sports cars, (3) you're over 70 and retired, (4) you're from Minnesota, Chicago, Canada, and Michigan (you will fit right in with all the transplants from up north), (5) you don't have a dog (the few dog parks suck and half the year you can't walk them outside during the day because of the heat), (6) you hate grass, and (7) you don't care about residential architecture and don't mind living in a tile roofed stucco home with a zero lot line that looks like every other home in every neighborhood (unless you can buy a $1.7m home). But on the plus side, there are no homeless people except for one guy at the corner of Scottsdale Rd and Mayo Dr. And there's AJ's.
ОтветитьYou can do all of these things all over the states even in the least developed cities. I would like to know what does Scottsdale have that most cities do not that makes it unique to move there?
ОтветитьHey, thanks for the video! Didn't hear 1 negative con!
ОтветитьI found this very informative. Thanks for the inside scoop!
ОтветитьCrowded, arrogant, debt to equity ratio is high… people buying well beyond their means for the image. Yuck.
ОтветитьScottsdale = Keep up with the Jones', but it is pretty is some places.
ОтветитьDO NOT DO IT! She is lying to all of you! Arizona sucks and is starting to become poverty stricken even in Snottzdale. The sun rots everything and more people means more water consumption and it's a DESERT! You know a place that is arid lacks in WATER. The reserves are drying up fast and the more that show up the more they dry up.
ОтветитьWhat is the Average Cost of Living required for one to Live comfortably in Scottsdale?
For example what one should be making in a year.
These are 2 questions, perhaps if you can please share your answer on both.
Thanks for the insight though. I appreciate you
Reason I plan to move here is because my mentor lives and works in Scottsdale
Rio Verde is far out in the desert.not on water lines
ОтветитьGood video! I was totally sold until you mentioned summer lol. What do y’all do? We are looking to move from the northeast since there isn’t much to do from Dec to March. Sounds like you treat your summers like we treat our winters? Is there anything to do or do u just stay inside
