♥️♥️♥️
ОтветитьHow does one go from one spot to another. Going to be in Calgary for a day before doing Banff,Jasper.
ОтветитьBowness park
ОтветитьI would recommend Reader Rock Garden across the Erlton Station and Stampede Ground. You’ll not see it right away if you’re just passing by the road except for the huge sign.
It’s a garden that I always go to every summer. The former house of Reader was turned into a restaurant. Beside the garden is the Union Cemetery which offer free guided tour if you want to hear about the pioneers and history of Calgary.
Also joined the Jane’s Walk for free tours in different parts of the City. I joined the Gay History and East Village Walking Tour in the spring and would love to do it annually.
Thank you 😊
ОтветитьAnother nice place is the Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs. In Calgary N.W.
ОтветитьCalgary population is growing pretty fast....1.7 mil already
ОтветитьCalgary is more livable
ОтветитьYou forgot the Olympic museum at COP.
ОтветитьVideos like these are always so weird, cause I'll be seeing people talk about these landmarks and I'll think, "dang, I live like 15 minutes away from this place." Despite living in Calgary my whole life I never really stop to think about these neat locations that I take for granted.
Ответитьthey ruined Devonian gardens used to be so much better
ОтветитьInglewood is a "Before Dark" place. As are neighbouring places.
ОтветитьI don't think Stephen Ave is the same with all the hobos and drug addicts hanging around... 🤢
ОтветитьSo downtown. Just go downtown. Great list and I’ve been to all these areas. Just keep in mind parking downtown makes none of these things free !!
ОтветитьThank you so much for the comprehensive review of Calgary.
ОтветитьHilarious how everywhere you went you were surrounded by things you need to pay for.
ОтветитьI would add Fish Creek Provincial Park, Riley Park and Baker Park...
ОтветитьGood one. Keep it up🙏
ОтветитьPeople still go to the Core? Used to lunch there until Covid changed everything.
Ответитьreally good review. As a Core resident, I appreciated the references. =)
ОтветитьCompared to most big cities these free things are unfortunately laughable. Great video but sad to see it's all we get from our greedy governments here.
ОтветитьI LIVE IN CALGARY AND IM WATCHING THE DOWNTOWN FROM THE WINDOW AWW
ОтветитьIs this how we count free things now? Shopping malls, bar street?
ОтветитьNice job! I've lived in lots of cities, but will always consider Calgary home. Now that I'm back, I hope I'm here forever.
