ОтветитьI feel the release of pain in my spine as my irritated bowels improve. It has taken several months & much of the time, the following day is uncomfortable. HOWEVER, not giving up on this is allowing me to sleep <3 It seems obvious now, but your voice brings me to my yoga mat again any excuses I could make. I hope others in pain keep it up as well. Sitting on the couch and slumping in my chair was not working for me any more...

ОтветитьThis practice had some nice awareness to bring, and an unexpected effect of warmth in my heart chakra at the final sitting pose. Was it designed to stimulate parts of the TCM stomach meridian? Is that something yoga can do?
