my products are already at discounted price but i am trying to add bulk purchase code of buy 2 and get 10% extra off. unable to add, can you please help?

If a customer adds more than 5 products in he cart then the least priced item of the six or more items in the cart will not be charged and will be the free of cost. Can I implement this logic with this plugin ?
