ОтветитьGod bless you! This is my first time with any sort of knee pain (I’ll be 30 in March), and I was at a complete loss of what to do. Of course every article online told me I had knee cancer, so I was at a total loss. Thank God I found your video. These exercises helped reduce my pain immediately. I will be utilizing them daily!
ОтветитьOkay but what if my thigh and quad muscles feel just fine? 😅 the discomfort is in my kneecap— underneath it. It did feel very relieving on my kneecap to put the leg straight, relax the thigh muscles and turn my foot inward to let the kneecap go floppy. That felt nice.
The thought of stretching my knee at all seems counterintuitive since beneath my knee cap is what hurts, especially when I bend my leg at the knee like when I’m going up the stairs.
The muscles in my thigh/quads seem to be perfectly comfortable and in perfect flow with rest of my movement— it’s beneath my kneecap that hurts.
*Edit: I STAND CORRECTED (literally). That second stretch feels so nice on my knee. Relief, ahhh

Flat-footed cross-fitter here. Lately my right knee has been tender during squats. I will try these suggestions. Patellar strips seems to help as well.

ОтветитьI've had near constant issue with knees for 5 years. I offload weight using my arms by habit when I go to sit down on a chair because the knee pains comes suddenly and sharply at some point during squat motion. after doing this exercise just once I now can do some squats without pain and if feels unreal

ОтветитьI'm getting knee pain right above my knee cap. I feel it a lot when I try to squat or walk up the stairs. I've had it for over 3+ months and my first physio treatment did not improve it at all.
I've been doing stretches + icing and it hasn't gotten any better unfortunately. do you have any advice? i'm so sick of living with this knee pain for months
