So, Goebbels actually had game when he was young. He had a lot of established relationships with women pre-Reich, that can be verified. Magda was a special case. They were initially infatuated but it faded. Magda was always gaga over the Big H. And Big H wasn't willing to get married because women were his top supporters and he stayed single so all women could imagine themselves with him. I mean, the guy hid a long term gf at his party mansion for a decade......so he had Goebbels and Magda marry so they could stay close to each other and it didn't appear "strange". That's why Goebbels was in the sh*t when he wanted to leave Magda. They would be parted. This is a history I would have loved written - Magda and H. What was really going on there??? I know a lot of credence has been given to the Goebbels journals but he knew they would be read and used as primary material so I'd use caution with some of his embellishments and if they're all true.

I kinda like Goebbels

The history that others want erased needs to be kept so as to not repeat the mistakes of the past. Not one country on earth is innocent of past atrocities and thus need to be reminded of times past. Yes the U.S. has had a horrid past at times but again we need the history to never reapeat the past!
