Will I have regular update from samsung/google after that?
(I'm buying a second hand phone and I want to use this procedure, just in case the firmware was replace with a fake one.)
After this will the phone be allowed to work on LTE for phone carriers?

worked, thanks! One thing I'd like to add, because it made my phone to not get noticed by Odin. In order for it to work you have to turn on OEM Unlock in developer options. Once I did that it worked
