Another of gear behind you.... classic collection
ОтветитьPipe Organ: the original synthesizer
ОтветитьWell, it took about 250 years for that last one to get "Switched-On", but it works. The famous riff was used in the soundtracks of DIsney's film adaptation of "20,000 Leagues Under The Sea"(1954) and Nintendo's arcade game "Donkey Kong Junior"(1982).
ОтветитьMe ha gustado mucho que hayas metido new song, ha sido una sorpresa para mi, en cambio los doors y la música clasica creo que sobran. Gracias por tu aportación
ОтветитьKraftwerk - The Model
ОтветитьFaithful and spontaneous 😉👌
ОтветитьMr Crowley by Ozzy Osbourne.

😛❤💯👍🙏🙋♂
Why does he play the music kind of different and why doesn't he play at least the full melody?
ОтветитьThere are so many great synth riffs that it's even difficult to choose 100 nevermind 10. I like 1984, title track of Van Halen's 1984 album. Those resonant filter sweeps are killer. 99 luft ballons by Nina would also be one to add to the list. Ghostbusters is also iconic. Many tunes from Styx can also be included and Rush's Tom Sawyer are among my favorites. Let's not forget about Pink Floyd. Alan Parsons did a great mixing job. I could go on and on but I'll end it here and enjoy reading some of the other posts.
ОтветитьJust stumbled across this video. Nicely curated list! Also nice job on showcasing the Korg DW800. It was my main axe for my bands during the 80s and 90s. A very versatile keyboard!
ОтветитьLove the C64C computer in the background.
It had for its time one of the best SID chips in any personal home computer
This synth look like to Dj's eurodance
ОтветитьMy only problem with The Final Countdown is it seems to have been inspired by Asia's Only Time Will Tell.
ОтветитьSounds Good! 🏆👌
ОтветитьMissing: Love will tear us apart (Joy Division)
ОтветитьWhat version of save a prayer is that
ОтветитьTo cut a long story short - spandu ballet.

ОтветитьToccata ELP, Keith Emerson
ОтветитьIn the rock world, Pete Townsend’s Baba Oreilly and Won’t Get Fooled Again stand apart from everything for me. Mind blowing.
ОтветитьVisage - Fade To Grey. I thought this would be on the list surely?
Ответить'10 Synth Riffs That Shook The World''. I'm pretty sure that synths were not invented in Bach's time...
ОтветитьEmerson, Lake, and Powell - Touch and Go.
ОтветитьI really enjoyed this clip/compilation of riffs. The ‘Final Countdown’ lead reminded me of Emerson’s lead in ‘Touch and Go’.
ОтветитьMissing: Do They Know it’s Christmas Time
ОтветитьI’ll go for the Bach !
ОтветитьYAZOO....DONT GO...
ОтветитьFinally, i was looking for Rockit by Herbie Hancock, i searched for like 30 mins "similar theme to Beverly Hills cop" and i found it with this video's help
ОтветитьYour Save A Prayer was ghastly.
ОтветитьHi , I'm Kraft. Espen Kraft. I make retro inspired pop. Synth pop.
Sorry, couldn't resist ;-)
Sweet Dreams Are Made of This - Eurythmics
ОтветитьBro you picked some obscure riffs in there
ОтветитьWhere is Depeche mode, Kraftwerk,...,???
ОтветитьKraftwerk.Trans Europe Express,The Model,and Radioactivity to name a few.
ОтветитьI have to say Oxegene 4 from Jan Michel Jarre
ОтветитьDont get me wrong, this is a great list but I can't believe there's no Depeche Mode on this list. At least something like enjoy the silence or personal Jesus.
Personal favourite is Never Let Me Down Again though 😊.
Golden Brown, / waiting for a girl like you / small town boy?
