I like what Mr. Musk is doing, but I'm very skeptical of this truck. Would like to see a real world test of this truck such as hauling a load of posts or pipe from Amarillo to Durango in middle of winter. How long would it take? How many charges along the way? How would it handle extreme cold and steep climbs while towing.

Hated it at 1st but its growing fast on me. Cant wait for the next model in a few years

I hope they finish developing the 3rd generation of 4680 cell before the end of 2024 that way they can implement it on line 3 and 4. With the much better thermal characteristics of the 4680 they might as well make their new cell 1.5 time the size and just loose 2inch clearance. 69120 cell can would give them lots of head room for their future truck plateform for towing, van and rv! Plus faster cell manufacturing!

I think tesla should stick to no advertisement, if tesla tries too hard to look better than your competition the working man will feel like a tesla truck will be disingenuous. I think a natural market uptake would be preferred. Its not like people aren't going to notice the trucks on the road.
