BIOS Update v.372 Beta AGESA 1.0.0.6 MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX

This BIOS version solved the high voltage of the fans on boot up or restart. The PC isn't loud anymore when I start it. It really works now like my previous Intel PCs :)
AMD solves all the issues on the way, with time.

I installed a beta bios and then a new version came out and I tried to install it and it doesn't find the bios. I found out that it's a problem with msi beta bios, is there a way to uodate my bios or am I stuck with this beta one forever?

I saw this BIOS update but I'm scared because I don't know if this is the update that makes the board Ryzen 4000 ready. I read from somewhere before that I should not update it to that because I won't be able to run Ryzen 3000 series CPUs and I can't go back once I do so. Can I download this?

Why the hell a B450 Tomahawk still have the good looking UEFI when my B450 Gaming Pro Carbon has the ugly gray UEFI?

Can you change the orientation of your CPU cooler so that it draws air in from the front of your case?
If you can, you should find it works with the direction of air flowing from front to back, the way it faces down towards your GPU might actually create turbulence that could be starving the CPU cooler of cool air, try it if you can to see if that reduces your temperatures.
I am using a Ryzen 5 3600 with an AMD Wraith Prism from X series CPUs and that boots into the BIOS with temperatures at 34 degrees, plus the design blows air over the VRMs to keep them cool with room temperatures at around 22 degrees.

How is it?

I have a question my gskill ram says 2133mhz even when I enable the xmp profile....any thoughts? I am using ddr4 gskill F4-3200c16d-16gvkb.
