ОтветитьI have pain in both hips, but you indicate which painful hip needs to be for an exercise. So what do I do in an exercise where both my hips have pain? Thank-you

ОтветитьI'm 70 yrs old, and never got lower back pain from running. Now that I'm older, I figured
my muscles were not as flexible ? I get lower back pain for 1-2 days after a run, ( inflamed),
then the pain subsides a lot. All these guys with easy solutions on here, I question strongly ?
The pain is on both sides of the spinal column, from the top of buttocks, to mid back area.
I should also add that I also do 40 - 60 situps 3 times a week, and 40 - 50 pushups, so generally
my muscles are in good shape -- "except this back pain" , which also makes those muscles
"very" weak, for a couple days, I suppose because of inflammation ?? Any specific advice ??
The pain also could be from the situps ?, so I'm a bit confused on how to stop this problem ?
I gotta say I’ve watched a lot of your videos and some help and some dontt. I woke up restlessly from hip pain and after doing EXACTLY what was in this video , my pain is GONE !! 🙏🏼

ОтветитьI've been in severe pain and the muscle stretches alone pretty much got rid of it. Will be adding this to a routine for sure. I'm amazed at how effective just a few stretches have been. Thank you very much.

ОтветитьI took 2 Advil and 1 Tizanadine and went back to sleep. My outside hip muscles or bursitis was radiating down to inner ankle. I woke up and could not walk on that leg. Getting KNEE replacement on opposite leg tomorrow. I can't believe this happened.
ОтветитьKnee dislocated on opposite leg of new hip bursitis or piformis syndrome. Can't bend knee 😭 like that. I will die.

ОтветитьI have a knee replacement on the leg that experiences the psoas pain. I cannot put my knee on a hard surface even with a pillow. Any suggestions.
