Selling Directly on TikTok Shops vs Connecting a Shopify Store

When I have tried to list some items on TikTok Shop it immediately ask me to upload manufacturing letters authorization to resell those items. It happened to sell brand name products but simple (almost generic) items as well. Is this happened to you guys? Thanks a lot.
