Saying they would never get it is wrong. The Megumi handsigns were shown 2 times in season 1 already and Gojo hinted at it being a self sacrifice that basically guarantees your opponent will die.
So whatever it is, just from season 1 and the opening anyone can deduce that Megumi will be left no choice but to use it this season and I'm so hyyyyyyyped.

jujutu translates to "fight" and kaisen translates (roughly) to "sorcery" so the shows name is literally just "sorcery fighting" which is why they stuck with the Japanese name for it
