OBS Studio: No Desktop Audio Fix - No Game Sound & Music

My volume bar don’t even move

i only have disabled option when i drop click on desktop audio, what is going on?

my desktop audio tab has ONLY disabled. what can I do? I have a macbook m1

I don't know what Im doing wrong. OBS will record desktop audio UNTIL I start playing league. Im so lost.

The desktop audio sound bar is still not moving when I do this.

If your shit straight up not working, you can do a workaround: Enable stereo mix on ur computer, then go to OBS settings and for microphone 2 put stereo mix. And then you can label that "Simulated Desktop audio" or some shit. Thats how i 'fixed' mine.

So none of this fixed my issue I still can't hear anything through my headset from OBS

In the first section, where you say to select audio output for your desktop… mine is just set as disabled and there is no drop down option. Any ideas on how else to fix this?

I am having issues with my Video capture card not producing audio in my headphones but it is producing sound for the stream I have up, but I want to be able to hear my game running through the capture device and I've had issues where I just had to unplugg and re plug in my capture card but nothing seems to work this time, now sure what setting I might have clicked but I was trying to set up a new mic and head set and then this started so I can't figure out if it's a technical issue as a result of trying to set up new hardware Im not using my new hardware I am using the same headset while streaming through OBS I Hope I figure it out.

This didn't fix anything

I use amanero drivers for external DAC. I can see the output of desktop audio, but no audio is recorded

Worked fine then in settings audio was disabled. Still dont know why.

I have this problem and I STILL can’t get audio from my gameplays whilst doing (PRIVATE) live-streaming. What am I doing wrong?! I want to know how to make equal narration and gameplay audio.

I have as follows

Oculus Quest 2 Virtual Reality Headset

Omen Gaming PC

Prism Live Studio.

I used back and forth between Default Audio,Oculus VR Headset,and headphones default.

Yet STILL no output from my gameplays.

Can some of you please help me get the equal audio output? I really tried everything from this video and nothing changed.

I am a returning streamer needing help please and thank you.

Didn't fix the problem in the slightest.

Still doesn't work I also tried uninstalling and then installing again.

not working. and there is weird sound. when there should be no sound at all.

My audio settings weren't even showing the track information someone pointed me towards until this video pointed out to set the output setting to advanced. So of course I followed the video and made sure the tracks matched and were enabled accordingly, nothing muted in the volume mixer on my computer, etc, and the issue persists. SLOBS is detecting the audio according to the monitoring but it's not recording

For me, i was using a headset so only worked when i selected "Speakers (Logi USB Headset)". Thanks for the video!
