I expected IFE's

Most of planes are old and screens don’t work, seats don’t recline etc. Every phase of passenger experience MUST be thoroughly improved. Check the reviews and find absolutely disgusting/horrible experiences from most passengers.

The pitch in economy class is horrendous, this product should not be deployed on flights for more than 2 hours

I just had a flight YVR-DEL by air India and it was quite great: date 22 July

Air India good work on modern but please fix your older aircraft 💀. Went DEL-HKG and plane was delayed by 6hrs, plane was old and TVs weren't working for most people.

I flew Air India’s A320neo, which was with an older cabin configuration and it was mid, no phone stand or usb ports, but it has been solved

Now after takeover from the Government Air India would be the cheapest as well as the most luxurious airline in India

IFEs would be great considering emirates has them on 45 minute flights, as well as Cathay on short flights. Even Vistara, Indias best airline has them.

Recently flew in Air India's new A320neo. Everything about it was exceptional and it was much better than my previous air india's flights. The flight was very punctual, it was very clean, the crew was amazing, they give you a whole meal for free which I haven't gotten in any other domestic flight, and my whole experience was really good. I hope to fly in the new A350s soon.

Worst airline in the whole world, especially after the much-hyped Tata takeover. At least when it was a loss making entity under the Indian Government they would fix the broken international flight seats, make sure they was working in flight entertainment, etc. Under the greedy Tata's they are not spending a single dollar fixing even broken seats etc. Since the last 3 years they keep dangling the arrival of new planes knowing fully well that their long haul flights wont even be ready for delivery until 2025. In the meantime they are flying millions of customers under unsafe, unhygenic and unacceptable conditions. They are simply tapping on the weakness of Indians with food. On the domestic sector give Indian cheap idli, dosa and upma meals and they will jump on to social media and sign the praises of Tata. In my 25 years of International flying (I flew the inaugural 777 non-stop EWR to DEL on business class with AI) I have never seen an airline in such a deplorable condition. Will pay an extra $75 to $100 for my dignity and self-respect but not fly this horrible greedy, cheap and miserable airline. Stay away!

IFEs are overrated and unnecessary on a short haul flight. Providing onboard high speed internet should be a higher priority than IFEs.

Slowly becoming the Worst airlines in the world

Not sure if this is pride of India or taking India backwards. Refurbished aircraft flying on international routes, no screens even in business class seats. Last minute change in Aircraft type. Basically journey experience screwed even before it started

An Absolute mess!! DO NOT TRAVEL in AIR INDIA. It’s worst for senior citizens … never book this… specially when you need wheelchair services … it’s horrible .. they leave you stranded on the gate and do not come till you shout to the top of your voice … I have seen senior citizens who have opted wheelchair services being tired of waiting and picking their own baggages so that they can reach back home … they are far away from customer service … DISASTER… SHAME

Air India should cancel its current order for 69 A320-200neo narrow body jets . . . and place a new order for 56 - 68 units of the A321-200neo & A321-200neo LR . . .

do they serve any wine on flights from Delhi to Male?

How do we know how many small body aircraft have these new seats . An a321 is being advertised as flat bed on some sites which is misleading. Air India needs to be very clear about what the customer is about to purchase including exact seat type and if its a refurbished cabin with new seats. Until then I will not chance booking long haul for example London to Singapore .

As a320is a big flight I think inflight entrainment should be present
