ОтветитьZaddy🤭
ОтветитьThanks for the info 👍
ОтветитьThank You Doc!
ОтветитьGuys I'm going to try this out, I'll update in an hour if I'm alive.
Ответитьcheat codes for the body, wow
humans, we're pretty amazin
I know a trick. Our head rests on the axis which has leveling receptors that keep our heads level. Not the level alot of people have(bubble between ears)but self leveling, involuntary response. When we lay down or reclines with our head resting our shoulders relax. They have a part in keeping a level head.
I had bad neck pain, actually arm pain like toothache just like my grandma and Dad. I got their hang on door pulley n rope water bag devices and tried the sitting like it showed. No help, then waiting for chiro I read about axis. My family doc said use that device with 12 lbs til your shoulders begin to jump or shake then stop. In my infinite redneck wisdom I concurred that the shoulders were confused.
The axis was not signalling right because it was turned on but no weight on it. I think it shuts off when head is rested, shoulders go down so traction should be done lawing down or reclines so shoulders don't fight it.
I rigged up a bungee cord to doorknob, pulled it to about 10 lbs and put under neck n chin, chin slightly tucked and instant relief. In 4 days I went from suicidal to forgetting to do it.
What had ruined years I forgot.
Turn off you level, lay down for traction.
Iget a belt and kinda put it around the back and uper head and tighten to i lift myself off the ground
ОтветитьSir Can we try in cervical vertigo
ОтветитьHello should someone with c456 acdf be able to use this to reduce pain?
ОтветитьIo ho un ernia C/6 C/7 mi si addormenta tutto il braccio e devo sdraiarmi
ОтветитьI am having stiffness with headaches and will try this. Thanks
ОтветитьThanks. God bless you!!!!!
ОтветитьOh, wow. This actually has been helping my tension headaches that sometimes trigger my migraines.
ОтветитьWill definitely be trying this as I have been having intermittent pain down back of left arm where tricep is for around 3 weeks (Tricep tendinitis I am thinking) and had ecg which was clear so must have been triggered by a Gonstead Chiro I had 5 sessions with around 5-6 weeks ago who also triggered severe occipital neuralgia and vertigo.I have now found a wonderful Chiro who tried the dry needling and adjustment and will slowly work on getting things back to some normality.
ОтветитьIs this safe since I've had fusion of C4-C7 posteriorly? I'm still having pain, throbbing, and prickly pain in my arms.
ОтветитьI’ve trained years in Kyokushin karate and took a huge break from training. I started training in aikido recently and I had to relearn how to fall and roll - in practice I didn’t fall properly and I tweaked my neck - I just did 2 sets of this for 15 seconds and it was instant relief. I cannot thank you enough for this video ✨✨
ОтветитьThnx for this imp information 🙏🏻
ОтветитьThank you Dr Kevin Brown. This video was very helpful. ✨🙏💫
ОтветитьI’m someone who sits and plays on my phone looking down so it hurts and I can’t look up comfortably I need a chiropractic treatment will it permanently fix it?
ОтветитьI'm gonna try this because when ever I'm sitting I can feel something in my neck that's trying to release but I don't want to jerk it, possibly causing more damage. So here's hoping this works because I've been losing sleep over this neck pain
ОтветитьI thank you and appreciate your advice video
ОтветитьWhat is the best traction gadget to buy for my cervical disc problem.
ОтветитьI had severe pain in my elbow and arm. Having had that shoulder replaced about 3 yrs ago I was terrified something had gone wrong with the prosthesis ! I did this procedure and had instant relief. I am so relieved besides being thankful for the pain relief! Thank you so much
ОтветитьFelt some temporary relief from this, thanks. How often should one do this to reverse disc compression?
ОтветитьNew subscriber here from Philippines..thanks for this video it's help me to decrease my pain in my neck..you mention that if we have a neck pain, then it's throwly down to my arm..it's correct sir ..if my neck got pain a already feels my arm like to push then I heard a pop-ing ...I know already sir that the cause of my neck pain is to my bad portior..
ОтветитьThis really helped with my neck and trickling down to arm pain. Thank you so much.
One question- how often I can do this in a day?
Great video my neck feels great after your video thank you!!
ОтветитьYes, I’d like to leave a comment….. you’re very sexy 🤭
ОтветитьThanks a lot from Argentina!
Ответитьthank you, I had this neck pain on my left side, I coulden´t turn my head to left, ofcourse I had this few times in my life before, but now it was lasting for two days I never had this pain for that long, this stretch actually helped alot
ОтветитьSir, your excellent knowledge of cervical traction is helping the social media addict.
Ответитьyou saved my life with this hack ❤ no more constantly clicking my neck in public
ОтветитьCan't wait to try this. Thank you
ОтветитьThanks Doc for the tips of exercises, it helps a lot to my both sides of neck pain.
Ответить👍
ОтветитьHei that's cool but for me looks more like muscle neck/shoulders /head training. For there to happen a traction relief, there must be full muscle and nerve system relaxation, before and after. Of course, to have stronger muscles in the upper back and neck areas benefit so much!
ОтветитьIs there a relationship between upper cervical and TMJ
ОтветитьMy physciotgerepist has suggested this and helps. I do not carry a towel with me..ie while driving, ....instead use cup of my palms and try and do stretching. Is this OK or am I initiating a problem elsewhere ?.
ОтветитьPain is not a lifestyle ...well said and nice practice a really love it
ОтветитьThank you Dr.Kevin Brown.
ОтветитьIt worked for me. Thanks doc I appreciate your efforts.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьWow this really works thanks doc 🙏🏿😊
ОтветитьOmg thank you Soo much you fixed my neck!!
ОтветитьMy substitute PT did cervical traction after the ortho finally did a neck X-ray and saw that all my shoulder pain and arms/thumbs numbness was all in my neck amd I felt almost immediate relief!!! I had been being treated for carpal tunnel by my chiropractor and shoulder pain by ortho and traction has been the only relief I’ve been getting
ОтветитьI interlock my fingers behind my neck and squeeze my elbows together and pull back slowly. On good days i get 8-10 good pops from between my shoulders and up into my head. The instant stress relief and relaxation is incredible but ive always wondered if this was dangerous.. thanks for your video! I will give the towel a try.
ОтветитьPain is not a life style...wow
