Does UPS provide bubblewrap, crinkly paper, or kitchen wrap for food (that it lists as part of the instructions in the email I got according to Nintendo)? Ok this is my experience with joycon repair read this before sending out. i filled out the form then sent it out a day later in a box but envelope should be good too if you dont have box. i got text message updates when it reached the repair center and when it was being repaired and when it was shipped back out to me. it took 11 Days for me to get it back and i sent in 6 joycons non of them were replaced all were repaired also they fixed other problems aside from drift but make sure to leave a note of the problems and your address info in a note in the box. they did break 1 of my joycons but they replaced it with a brand new one for free. my joycons were sent to New york i think but this depends proably where you are anyway hope this is useful to anyone

Nintendo stated to write the address and repair number on the outside of box. Don't forget to write your return address on the box too.
