I have received several letters and emails from people who have understood the Message and who are asking the question of Acts 2:37. Others even ask that I go to their country. May God grant them all the wisdom to fulfill His will and to have the Message accepted in their country.

3 Moreover let none of them have the behaviour of Adon, that Branhamist pastor who hid the Message to his followers. From the moment you believe the Message, if you have the means, do not hesitate to print the preaching and to download the audios to distribute them to the faithful and to advise them software and all that it takes for their advancement in the Message. One day, you will be recognized as having been a model in this Message. 6 In the beginning there was a glorious ministry under the tents with Moses, and at the end, on this side, the glorious ministry under the tent comes anew with the Prophet Kacou Philippe. And the reason why the ministry under the tent was to be accomplished in Africa and by an African is that, whether we like it or not, the black race is the lowest. And if the body of man is a dwelling as 1 Corinthians 6:19 says it, then the the one who can be the type of the tent is that of the African. 7 Well, I come to the questions …The first question is: "Brother Philippe, could the apostle Joseph Coleman have once been in God's will as you said for Ewald Frank concerning the distribution of the brochures? "

8 Brethren, I have never said that Ewald Frank has once been in God's perfect will. I said that God had entrusted the distribution of William Branham’s brochures to him and anybody can print or distribute pamphlets. Ewald Frank has never been a disciple of William Branham! And he was never baptized in William Branham’s Message! It was in January 1966 that Ewald Frank learned of the death of William Branham by someone else while the telephone and the telegram already existed. If I die today, tell me how long will it take for one of my disciples to hear this in his own country? And it is the same thing for Joseph Coleman who has never been a disciple of William Branham! Joseph Coleman had his ministry and his message and his preaching were broadcasted while William Branham was preaching on earth! And William Branham prayed for him as William Branham also prayed for Tommy Osborn and for many other Pentecostal and Baptist preachers. Did not Joseph Coleman publish and does he not continue to publish preachings issued even before William Branham’s death?

9 William Branham could preach among people who did not believe his Message and it is in this sense that he prayed for a multitude of preachers among whom Joseph Coleman, Tommy Osborn and many others who did not believe like him. In the film: "the deep calleth the deep ", did not William Branham pray for a preacher that there might be a revival, like in the old times, in his Pentecostal church? William Branham could say to his congregation, Tommy Hicks or Oral Robert will come to preach in this city; you can go and listen to him. It is a good servant of God full of the Holy Spirit. You see? How can I tell you to go and listen to an evangelic prophet and that he is full of the Holy Spirit? How can an evangelic prophet be full of the Holy Spirit? Like Abraham, William Branham was in Egypt and he was an Egyptian priest. He could pray for a priest of Zeus, for a priest of Osiris, for a priest of any Egyptian god! He sacrificed on their altars! And for him William Branham, all these priests of Egyptian gods were servants of God. Did not William Branham fraternize with Oral Robert, Tommy Osborn, Tommy Hicks and others, and did he not call them brothers in Christ? 9 What God gave to the Jews in writing, He also gave it to the pagans in their heart! Is it you who taught the nations the dowry in the marriage, the first-fruits or to give the name of the father to the first son? And in case of serious sins or of alliances, to make blood sacrifices? It is God who did that! And that is how God also revealed the position of woman to them. Even with no teaching, they know for example that the original sin is a sexual act. With no teaching, a true son of God knows in his heart that sexual act is the sin that Adam and Eve had committed. But when they go to the churches, the devil takes that from them. And it is the same devil that places woman in the pulpit. A church is supposed to be the bride of Christ. And a church which accepts a woman in the pulpit is a lesbian church. And all the women who go in the pulpit have male genitals in their dreams and many confessed that to me.

10 And I do not understand that people who have the Bible in their hand can act this way, placing women in the pulpit to preach or lead the worship songs while men are there. And it even happens that some women are with menses and wear some pads underneath them and come to stand in the pulpit. You who attend such churches, you have no conscience! You are sub-humans, you are descendants of the serpent, you are worse than Catholics and Muslims and you are seeking to evangelize them. If you are not pursuing another goal, you will not go and sit in such a church. Be it preaching or the songs, it is the same thing. Being guilty in part, it is to be guilty in all. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. A woman must remain quiet in the church. Paul says that the fact that a woman must not preach in the church is a commandment. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:34 “Let your women be silent in the assemblies, for it is not permitted to them to speak; but to be in subjection, as the law also says”.  You see? The law says that a woman cannot speak in the assembly. And there is no woman in the priesthood.

1 Like the prophets of the Bible, in April 1993, I, Kacou Philippe, a man who had never been in a church, I receive in a vision, the visitation of an Angel who commissions me for a Message destined to the whole earth in fulfillment of Matthew 25:6 and Revelation 12:14. This is the account of my conversion, as well as the three great visions of the call and commission as I received them: 

2 I came to conversion on April 24, 1993 according to Daniel 10:4 to 11 by a vision in which I saw myself standing on the sand of the sea and then on top of a high pyramid and then again on the sand of the sea in another place and I saw an old military truck coming out of the depths of the sea and leave behind me. I turned and I saw that it contained living people. They were women and one of them was mixed-race.

3 Then two doves came toward me and went back over the waters. And there was an eclipse, then a man having the appearance of a Cloud and holding a sword came down from Heaven with a Lamb and the earth was illuminated again. They stood on the waters and the Lamb began to speak to me in an unknown tongue. The sound of his voice came into me and I fell dead. My soul went to stand on the waters with them while my body was lying on the sand of the sea. When He had finished speaking to me, my soul came into me and I became alive again but I no longer saw Them.

4 Then a crowd of people came toward me from the right side and I asked them if they had seen the Angel and the Lamb. They said, "No!" And I said: “But, how did you not see the Angel and the Lamb and all the things They have done?” They replied, "We have not seen the Angel and the Lamb and we have not heard the Words the Lamb pronounced, but we entirely believe It because what God gave and that the devil took, has now been restituted to you ". I looked up and I saw a ladder set up between the sky and the earth, above the waters and angels ascended and descended. And the vision ended and I felt what I know today to be the Holy Spirit and I wept and I believed in God on the spot. [Kc.64v3] [Kc.130v9]

5 The following day at around 3 p.m. while I was sitting with my family, I was transported again in vision into a totally desert country and I saw eastward Words that were coming down from Heaven carried on Clouds. It was after these two visions that I got up and went to church for the very first time. [Kc.137v37]

6 In a third vision, we were sitting in an examination room for the Advanced level test and the examiner was distributing the test-papers. I said to myself, "But what am I doing here? I do not have a good school level and what am I going to write?” And later, It was said to me: "The same way that Mary conceived miraculously, without knowing any man, the same way that Moses received in details what happened at the creation, you too, you have received the Words of eternal Life on this April 24, 1993 and it is decreed by God. At the appointed time, you will understand and you will teach what you did not learn in order that whoever believes has eternal Life". [Kc.9v34] [Kc.30v1-3]

49 Putting a person in the position of a she-dog to sleep with her is a very satanic act. It proves that you come from the Crab Nebula or the Snake Nebula and that your end is the eternal hell of Naraka. You can be born and have a homosexual attraction, but being born with a handicap does not mean that the handicap is normal.

50 Moses is the prophet recognized by Judaism, Christianity and Islam. And God said to mankind through the mouth of Prophet Moses: "Thou shalt not lie with a man as one lieth with a woman. It is an abomination." God said, "If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, it is an abomination. Both of them shall be put to death and their blood shall be on them."

51 And in the same Bible, it is written, "There is revealed wrath of God from heaven upon lesbians and homosexuals."The Bible says, "Do not err, neither transgenders, nor homosexuals, shall inherit the kingdom of God." God condemns homosexuality, and the heavens, the moon, the stars, the holy angels, and everything God has created condemn homosexuality. And yet, homosexuals are proud of it and organize parades in a festive atmosphere to attract God's wrath upon the inhabitants of the earth. Men marry men and women marry women.

11 And people go up to saying that the spirit that acts in these Baptist, Assemblies of gods, Pentecostal churches, and others is the Holy Spirit. It is a blasphemy! If you claim that the spirit that acts upon Cain, Joel Osteen, T.D. Jakes, Doug Batchelor, Billy Graham, Edir Macedo, Valdemiro Santiago, Silas Malafaia, Paula White, Joyce Meyer and Chris Oyakhilome is the Holy Spirit, what about the spirit that is acting upon the traditional fetish priest of Africa? If you claim that the spirit that acts upon David Owuor, Emmanuel Makandiwa, Uebert Angel, T. B. Joshua, David Oyedepo, Alberto Mottesi, Claudio Freidzon and Dante Gebel is the Holy Spirit, what about the spirit that is acting in mystical orders, the Rosicrucianism, the Freemasonry and others? If you claim that the spirit that acts upon Tommy Osborn, Morris Cerullo, Benny Hinn, Manasseh Jordan, Jesse Jackson, John Hagee, Pat Robertson, Joaquim Gonçalves, Donald Parnell, Alejandro Bullón and Guillermo Maldonado is the Holy Spirit, what about the spirit that shakes the Hindis over there?
