ОтветитьNever hate on that chubby little kid. He’s the one who got you to where you are today 💪
ОтветитьHi ! Si first you cut or bulk ? I don't understand
ОтветитьJust one question: did you go on a caloric deficit or surplis while being skinny fat ? Thanks
Ответитьcan you give a hairstyle tutorial or how you cut it pls
ОтветитьAs an older guy in my mid 30’s, I’m happy to see not every young kid who lifts is a complete tool. Good work. Keep working hard.
ОтветитьHey there Matt this was a really great video any tips on bulking diets as I’m kinda skinny right now and I’m trying to gain some weight but not a ridiculous amount.
ОтветитьHow many kcals a day did you eat?
Ответитьdo you have any apps or website tips for tracking calories?
ОтветитьDid you cut or bulk?
ОтветитьI'm skinny fat, do you think I should lose more weight and then go in a lean bulk phase
Ответитьare you really skinny fat??
ОтветитьThis is so inparaitional
Ответитьnice personally i will never recommend a beginner the bro split instead i would say start with full body 3 days a week after about 1 or 2 months move to the push pull legs (add abs on any one of these days) split and train 6 days a week with one rest day because it is the better muscle building split that the bro split since most of the exercise a bro split have is isolated exercises which does not build big muscles and strength in a good speed unlike compound exercises in the push pull leg split that will actually boost your progress(if you are doing progressive overload) and it will be better for you too so give it a try.
ОтветитьIncredible video my guy 💯
ОтветитьThank you so much For making this video
ОтветитьHow long is taking to see the change?
Ответитьunderrated
ОтветитьQuestion, how do you make your blue yeti sound so crisp and clean!!!???
ОтветитьVery good video, you got in charge of your day and the results came along in due time. That's the beauty of discipline and consistency, small decisions dictate the best results on the long run. Thank you for sharing your story. Keep up the great work!
ОтветитьYou look like your name is Chad
ОтветитьI find it funny how you’re upset you lost a couple of years in high-school where you could have had a better body image before you started working out.
I’m 35 and only now getting serious about bodybuilding, I’ve spent half my life as skinny-fat.
Any tips for at home workouts that doesnt need equipment?
ОтветитьGreat video bro. I wanted to ask are you in a calorie deficit or did you start off in a calorie deficit?
