Great One man! Thanks :)
ОтветитьGreat, simple tutorial. Thanks!
ОтветитьCool tutorial, thanks! Can you transform it into vector after that?
ОтветитьQuick and simple step! thank you so much!
ОтветитьIf I could like this 20 times, I would!
ОтветитьI’m so confused, when I do this, it completely gets rid of all of my layers and turns the entire thing into one opacity layer?
ОтветитьQuick, practical, simple and much needed. Thank you.
ОтветитьAnyone how you would change the color of the texture?
Ответитьamazing sir
ОтветитьI love how short and sweet this is no filler whatsoever. Thanks!
ОтветитьAppreciate that info. Short and to the point. Where did you get the texture/distressed images from?
Ответитьomg thank you!
ОтветитьHow do you get rid of the distress box on the canvas after you make your design distressed?
Ответитьlisten. you're the goat brotha!!
Ответитьthat's was simple and very helpful thank you
ОтветитьThank YOU!! Just what I needed to learn today :)
ОтветитьStill, the texture isn't vector...
ОтветитьUnfortunately, this does not work (at least for me) in July 2023 with Illustrator v27.7
ОтветитьShort, clear, and very informative. Thanks!
ОтветитьI can't thank you enough, this helped so much and the 15 distress templates for free. You're amazing. Liked, commented, & subscribed!!!
ОтветитьGreat! Thank you!!😍
Ответитьcan we change texture's color? texture's color is limitted in background color.
Ответитьthere is a problem when i export my finale image the texture rather then being white turns black due to which i cant use it on black images
ОтветитьThis is s great video. thanks Nick. How do you export without the textured image being also exported, please?
Ответитьبالتوفيق
🙂
thank you so much for this tutorial! It helped so much <3
ОтветитьRespect to you man!
Ответитьthank you it was very useful
ОтветитьHi, i just want to ask, if the texture are free for comerrcial use, thanks
ОтветитьGreat video, question. Novice here! When I move the element into InDesign and try to resize it causes me problems, how can I fix this? It's as if when I resize it the mask cuts off the image? Anyone know how to fix this? I can resize it in Illustrator then bring it into InDesign, but that's not very accurate is the problem. Thanks!
ОтветитьThe possibilities this unlocks.... Amazing
ОтветитьThis is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you!
Ответитьfinally a clear and concise tutorial on masking, this always seemed so simple but every other video makes it look like 4D space chess
ОтветитьThe video is pretty good. The only comment I would add is that when you select the black square and paste your mask onto it is like you are pasting it on a separate "opacity mask canvas". When I understood that, it made it easier for me to understand the overall mechanics behind the whole process.
ОтветитьDoes it only work with pixel graphic textures? I just tried it with a vector based texture and the design does not reappear!?
ОтветитьRight to the point. Love it.
ОтветитьAwesome! So simple an quick. Thank you very much!
Ответитьfollowed this and did not work. tried 20 times paying careful attention. as soon as I paste texture in right hand box , the box disappears and the left hand box turns solid white. cannot fathom why.
Ответитьgreat tutorials
ОтветитьWhen I do this everything else on my screen is locked and no option to unlock it. What am I doing wrong?
ОтветитьExactly what I needed. Clear and consice tutorial. Thank you!
