About our Guest Speaker:
Katy Kozee is the founder of Midlife Rambler, a blog supporting women over 45 who are interested in making the most of this new phase in their lives. She has three grown children and started Midlife Rambler when her youngest daughter was in high school. She writes about life as a new empty-nester and explores topics such as finding a new identity now that the kids are gone, forging a new relationship with your grown children, making smaller dinners, and learning to use your new free time. Katy lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and her dog who refuses to wear all the cute sweaters Katy buys for her.
