Impressive you can hit a 50-yard gong, but that is not the use case for this pistol.

About to buy one, had the M2.0, but being in Mass, I want the full ten rounds, M2.0 only has 7/8. I liked it, but like I said, I want the max I can carry, like everyone.

Unpopular opinion: I prefer the Glock sight system to 3 dots. ESP plain white 3 dots. Don’t like the s&w sights very much at all. However, the shields are fantastic guns!

I have a S&W Shield 9mm and replaced the Henge Trigger with a Hyve Monarch Trigger (flat face). A very real improvement. I now also have a S&W 9mm Shield Plus.. With the new Trigger the Shield shoots as good as my Shield Plus. I am keeping Both. I also have a S&W SD9VE, and after upgrading the Trigger and other parts to the SD9VE it is fun to shoot. Also no Malfunctions from the time I bought it and after the upgrades.

Carrying a 45 shield 2.0 absolutely the best gun at least to me but after seeing this video now I want one of those guns just to carry and find out witch one I like best.

I trust the reviews by the Outlaws. I have my upgraded M&P Shield with the optics cut and I absolutely love it!

I’ve been interested in this pistol for awhile. I’ve HATED every other gun in this class. The OG shield was acceptable. My mom rocks one and I’ve put a few hundred rounds through hers. I don’t love the capacity on that pistol and wouldn’t own it myself.

@HONESTOUTLAW What kind of Safety features does this pistol have??? I noticed something stated you should never carry this pistol with one in the chamber because it's not safe. What is your opinion on that??? Thank you in advance

Well I've been a Sig guy and have owned them for 30+ years. I have 3-p320's and 5 p365's all very custom guns and 320 AXG grips. Outside of iffy ammo I never anything go wrong with my Sigs. I've owned many S&W's and they are good guns also but my Sigs out class them in every way, especially if you like to customize your guns, nothing beats Sigs for that.
I like your videos but I can always identify a Glock guy and you're one. Glock guys always get around to saying Sigs aren't reliable, it's built into being a Glock guy. I guess the military chose Sig because it was unreliable huh! Anyway most of your videos are good.

Did you have any issues with 13 round magazine

As a right handed, strong side carrier, I found that, in a hybrid IWB holster, the stippling on the grip abraded my starboard love handle. A few gentle swipes with 120 grit sandpaper on back and left side of the grip and mag extension made it much more comfortable to carry.

I love my shield plus. Got the optic ready with the night sites. I'm runnin the rmrcc and the streamlight tlr. It's a really nice cc DC. I use a tuckable holster that was custom made. Nice and comfy appendix carry

My biggest problem with the shield is that it’s by far the least ergonomic pistol I’ve ever held. Wish they would contour the grip a little bit or something. Just doesn’t fill my hand at all. I also had the same complaint about the p365 until I got the Wilson combat module, it’s a game changer

This is a great CCW pistol for the price and capabilities

I am picking one up next week. I love my Xmacro but Shield is easier to conceal when wearing gym shorts and a t shirts.

I got a Pearce magazine extension for the 10 round mag. I love it, wish they'd make one for the 13 round magazine too.
The extension has a lip sticking out and it adds a good ledge for my little finger, a nice grip. Like I said, would like the same thing for the 13 round mag.

I got lucky, mine has a safety 👍😊. perfectly designed . I'm not as happy about the , so sloppy slide . affecting it's potential accuracy . I'll fix that my self . love everything else about my new little "Maggie"

I've been re-watching a lot of old vids from when I bought my first 'home defense' firearm. My initial 'HQL' training (at 60 yo), was with a range S&W. After 6mo of research I purchased the Shield 9 PC 2.0. $700+ after taxes and fees....the damn thing is a joy to shoot! I just brought home my future W&C.....the PC Shield Plus. About the same price......sure wish I had your prices!
