I like the English VAs attempt to make her sound charming. Apparently she did put effort into voicing her. The problem was that the production team chose voice actors which didn’t really fit the characters.

The Japanese VA did probably the best performance I’ve seen from a sub so the dub actress had big shoes to fill

I heard the dub and was so glad I just kept with the sub....
