How to Lock Cells in Excel to Protect your Formulas & Only Allow Input where Needed

Hi Leila, if I'm not the creator/administrator of the sheet, can I still protect formulas that I have added for my own use? i.e. No other user can unprotect formulas that I have hidden?

I abandoned hope for good Excel tutorials many years ago, they are usually the most terrible and unreliable videos out there, but you, you really did it.

Thank you it worked. Now I have another problem 🙄😮‍💨When I press Enter it jumps to random cells. 🙄🤨😵How can I make it so once I press the Enter key it will jump to a selected cell of my choosing? (Don't worry if I need to use Macro, I trust you)

I have used the lock function and it worked great, with one exception. Data Groups I have not found how to keep data groups function on a protected sheet

How do I get ‘Sorting’ to be allowed when a excel sheet is protected? I have the sort box check marked in protection box for the sheet. Suggestions to fix??

Does giving it no password mean anyone can protect or unprotect the sheet or mess with options? Secondly, what if the file is stored in SharePoint, and people open it in the Browser version of Excel? But anyways, great video nonetheless. I can at least practice what you just showed and explore more options. Thanks, Leila.
