Larry Wheels can take this world record if he really wants to. that 930x3 while this man focuses on bench and squat at the same time. He can if he wants to

these are men who have been affected by hulk gamma radiation, is there a limit? makes impression and envy, sometimes I think what will break first, if the bracket that holds the weights or the implosion of their bones under the weight, congratulations to these men and their extraordinary strength. p.s I forgot about the blood pressure in the head

Why all athletes look 40.50 years old.
And they are actually 25., 30 years old. 😢

Maybe if the bonus was considerably higher than £55.000, like £505.000 i think the record would more than likely get done more often.

I LOVE Giants Live productions! You all rock. Deadlifts from NY LOL. Anywho, Eddy's speed rep with 465 was mind blowing. Then, he hit the 500 kg, bleeding, but damn sure looked like he had a wee bit more. I say all this because we see today all the top competitors chasing his competition lift...still. Strongmen got me off my rear end as a teen and into the world of strength and i have never looked back. So much respect for all of the athletes. It is by far my favorite sport! I have actually met Paul Andersons wife! I was in heaven to see his trophy room and weights. Again, lots of respect to these fellas. Eddie set such a high bar for his fellas to chase and it brings out the best in all of us. Keep up the great work everyone. Im behind you💪💪💯

Huge respect for Ivan, his lift truly shows how difficult it is to move half a ton even for some of the physically strongest mens humanity have ever seen. Huge respect for Eddie hall for making us know it is possible.

I've always believed that it isn't strength that fails us on these types of lifts. Once someone does it and another learns how the first trained for it and succeeds, then the weight becomes lifted by droves of people. The 500kg+ is slowly being reached. The problem is that the last guy (Hapthor Bjornsonn) that set the record left it difficult to replicate due to his unique build and genetics. I do not believe that will be a hurdle for too long. I believe that 50% of the lift for these guys is a mindset!

Krzysztof Wierzbicki did a sumo lift of 502.5kg successfully. Do we count it? If we count Hapthor, which wasn't done with the complete strongman rules (although the plates were measured, but not by an official sanctioned referee-Magnusson said that wasn't part of his deal), we must count Mr. Deadlift, "Wierzbicki"!

Are there 2 categories in dead lift, one with straps and one without? If dead lift is all about who can lift the heaviest weight then surely grip strength without straps is, or should be part of that?
