I’m good I think I’ll stick to cleaning my head. Not to mention there’s different quality shampoos different brands just use soap.

this sucks ngl. you should be cleaning your hair and using shampoo even if it has asswater ingredients for cleaning. i get the fact that your hair just falls down, i have the same issue too though my hairstyle is technically that way but atleast wash your hair like 2-3 times a week.

Everyones hair is different this might not work out for some of you but I have staight hair and it worked out really good, I've even startes taking more showers as a person who has low energy now I take two daily showers it has helped a lot

I did try it once 1 and half months everytime I used a comb it would have literally butter like grease coming from my scalp it was so uncomfortable and no matter hoy I washed my hair I was never able to get rid of that butter like hair grease

It always depends on heads and genes. Some people are resistant to shampoo so their heads are fine.
Some are extremely sensitive so they get it worse. Like snowflakes and other skin problems. It also can move to your beard and you'll have to hear a lot of white goo jokes.
The best solution is have some test and get professional opinion from dermatologist. Specifically in paid clinics cuz they already get enough to not lie to you. We got internet nowadays so you can easily find good places.

I use expensive side ($20 range each) for wavy hair shampoo, because I realized the cheaper shampoos($7 range) be making mine straight and ugly. There are some based on hair type so maybe you should look into that

I think this advice really depends on the type of hair you have. Ive basically never used shampoo in my life unless i start getting dandruff or something and use it for a limited-time till it goes away. The shorter your hair tho the easier it is to go with out shampoo.

stopped using shampoo, i just wash my hair really well with water and it's the best it's ever been, no dandruff, not too oily, looks like i use something but i use nothing, it's just real real good washinig with the tips of my fingers (not the fingernails) and like idk how to explain but i wash it also like a cloth like i pull on it a bit as if i was trying to squeeze oil out of it and it works wonders!!!

just use sulfate free shampoos if you believe it strips oils away

what i think is u shoudnt just ditch it. if u shampoo ur hair 5 to 7 times a week then go to 3 for a week then 2 for 2 weeks then 1 a week.

I use native and can confirm it still gives you texture if you use its shampoo.

It’s been 2 years since I’ve used shampoo. All I use is water and maybe I’ve used conditioner once or twice. But it’s been the best decision I’ve done for my hair.

I went from wavy to curly hair after around 5 days of no shampoo and curly hair fits me sooo well
