The first time, I had to pause the video for a good 2 minutes every other rep. I couldn’t believe I would ever ever do it without stopping.
Definitely feel this. At least I know it's working that granny flab

ОтветитьWhat in the hell this is the worst I’ve ever done in any Pilates video! And it was arms!’ Normally I push to the max when I’m dripping in sweat and I’m breathing hard. This was insanely hard and I literally cried! This was so painful to my shoulders! I know it will be easier next time tho 😅 and my shoulders are in pretty good shape, this was just hard to the max

1. My arms are really dissatisfied with me right now, as in I can hear them scream "what the heck have you been thinking!?!?"
2. My arm's dissatisfaction is going to be upgraded to hatred tomorrow morning
3. I lost count of the times i said the f word during those 15 minutes

ОтветитьI hurt my knee thus week. It's just superficial but it still hurts to move it (i have a nasty scrape) so this arm work out is perfect!

Ответитьday 1 - dropped my arms 3 times, laughing through the pain
day 2 - managed to keep my arms up and complete the workout, laughing and singing through the pain
day 3 - still in pain while doing it but not sore??? completed it though
took a break for a week
day 4 - it was so much easier, it still burned but was WAY WAY easier
I was finally able to do it without putting my arms down on the 5th day of doing this :)
Ответитьdid this one for the first time today. did a few ab workouts and a leg workout and this one. this was super hard i put my arms down a few times almost quit twice but I got through it. I have been dealing with a lot of mental illness these past few months and a few days ago i decided to workout again and truly these videos have been helping my confidence and my mental health too so thank you very much I am happy I came back to blogilates after a few years <3 see ya tomorrow
ОтветитьI can’t get through the whole thing without pacing around, I don’t know if it become less of a workout when I do it but it hurts less and my mind gets not too focused on the pain, which in turn gets me through it.
